Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was just 16 years old. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. She earned her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. This made her the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue the education. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in third place. Summer of 2016, she won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any goals. Her satisfaction was high about her position. Ariel competed against the best of elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is the back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
