Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American singer songwriter model and actress from St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the singer in The rock group The Pretty Reckless. The songs of Momsen have been featured in films and shows including How to Be Solo Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on the 26th of July 1993. she has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She was a dancer at the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. The first time she was professionally portrayed, it was in a Shake 'n Bake commercial in the national market at age three. Momsens' career stopped for nearly three years. After that, she was offered her first leading part on the WB program Misconceptions. Momsen also appeared on the show Saving Shiloh in the year 2006. Also, Momsen auditioned for the role of lead in Hannah Montana. She was in the top 3 but Miley was given the part.
